Abstract:

Provided is a fluid carrying apparatus (20) which allows precise temperature management of the whole piping. The fluid carrying apparatus (20) is provided with a connection section (13) which connects a first piping (2a) with a second piping (2b); a first outer pipe (3a) which covers the outer peripheral portion of the first piping (2a); a second outer pipe (3b) which covers the outer peripheral portion of the second piping (2b); a heat transmission block (8a) which covers the connection section (13) and the end portions (17a, 17b) of the first outer pipe (3a) and the second outer pipe (3b) on the connection section (13) side; and a heating section (9a) which thermally contacts with the heat transmission block (8a). Between the first piping (2a) and the first outer pipe (3a), a first space (22a) is formed; between the second piping (2b) and the second outer pipe (3b), a second space (22b) is formed. The first space (22a) and the second space (22b) are hermetically sealed vacuum spaces and internally filled with a working fluid (5). The heating section (9a) heats the working fluid (5) to vaporize.
