Abstract:
This fluid characteristic sensor (100) comprises: a cylindrical outer electrode (52); an inner electrode (62) for detecting a first characteristic value pertaining to a fluid being detected, the inner electrode (62) being provided inside the outer electrode (52); a relay substrate (86) by which the outer electrode (52) and the inner electrode (62) are electrically connected; and a temperature sensor (102) for detecting a second characteristic value pertaining to the fluid being detected, the temperature sensor (102) being connected to a lead line (70) that is inserted through a through-hole (87) in the relay electrode (86) and being inserted into a hollow section (62a) in the inner electrode (62). The through-hole (87) has: a communication section (87a) provided in communication with the hollow section (62a) in the inner electrode (62); and a slit (87b) provided in succession to the communication section (87a), the slit (87b) not communicating with the hollow section (62a) in the inner electrode (62).
