Abstract:
In the interior of a valve housing (2) equipped with a first flow path (10) and a second flow path (11) connecting a first port (5) and a second port (6) in parallel, there are provided a needle valve body (22), which opens/closes a throttle hole (21) in the first flow path (10), a check valve (13), which opens/closes the second flow path (11), and a piston (28), which controls the opening/closing of the needle valve body (22) through the interaction of the pressure of a fluid introduced into a pressure chamber (38) and the spring force of a compression spring (39). The needle valve body (22) is formed at the tip of a rod (23) attached to the piston (28), and a conduction hole (40) linking the throttle hole (21) and the pressure chamber (38) is formed in the interior of the rod (23) and the needle valve body (22).
