Abstract:
A fluid device comprising: a base at least partially provided with a well array in which a plurality of wells that open to one face and have the same shape are regularly arranged; and a lid member arranged facing the well array, wherein a space between the well array and the lid member forms a flow passage through which a fluid flows, and a distance Dab between a center of gravity Ca of an opening portion of any well A of the well array and the center of gravity Cb of an opening portion of a well B closest to the well A and the diameter Da of a circle having the same area as the area of the opening portion of the well A satisfy the following formula (1): (1): 0.8 ≤ Da/Dab < 1.
