Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a miniaturizable fluid module not prone to leaking cooling water when a tool plate is removed from a master plate. In this fluid module, a master-side unit is provided with a vertical flow path which opens on the bottom surface thereof, a horizontal flow path which opens on the side surface thereof and which communicates with the vertical flow path, a core rod which protrudes at the tip end from the opening in the vertical flow path, a movable member which is configured so as to be capable of moving in the thickness direction of the vertical flow path, and a biasing member which biases the movable member downwards; a tool-side unit is provided with a vertical flow path which opens on the upper surface thereof, and a claw part which pushes the movable member relatively upwards. When the tool plate has been attached to the master plate, the tool-side unit vertical flow path can communicate with the master-side unit vertical flow path while fitting in a water-tight manner with the outer peripheral surface of the movable member. The core rod is provided with a columnar section having a lateral peripheral surface which extends in the thickness direction and which fits with the inner peripheral surface of the movable member in a watertight manner when the tool plate has been removed from the master plate.
