Abstract:
A fluid pressure drive unit (100) is provided with: a bottom-side check valve (30) that is provided in a bottom-side passage (15) and is opened as a result of hydraulic oil discharged from a rod-side port (20B) of a pump (20) being guided as a pilot pressure; and a rod-side slow return valve (70) provided in a rod-side passage (2). A first check valve (50A) having internal channels (63A, 63B) that impart greater channel resistance than that of an upstream-side channel (UP), which is a channel between the bottom-side check valve (30) and a bottom-side port (20A) of the pump (20), is provided in a channel between the bottom-side check valve (30) and a bottom-side chamber (15) of a hydraulic cylinder (10).
