Abstract:
The present invention inhibits the intake of dust and moisture into a drive chamber for driving the piston of a fluid pump while reducing the drive load caused by supplying and discharging a fluid into and out of the drive chamber. In the interior of a cylinder, a pressure increasing and reducing chamber is formed between a piston and a valve unit on the cylinder head side, and a drive chamber is disposed on the opposite side of the pressure increasing and reducing chamber. This fluid pump is provided with a ventilation path connecting the drive chamber and the external space, a fluid path connected to the supplying and discharging space of the valve unit, a merging space in which the fluid path and the ventilation path merge mid way, and a fluid filter disposed in the merging space.
