Provided is an inexpensive container capable of supplying a fluid while a cap is mounted thereon. An antiseptic applicator which serves as a fluid storage container comprises a container body (10), a cap (20), and an application pad (30).  A male thread (12) formed on a neck portion (11) of the container body (10) is thereadably engaged with a female thread (26) formed on a skirt portion (22) of the cap (20) so as to mount the cap (20) onto the neck portion (11).  Under the conditions that the cap (20) is fastened, an opening fringe portion (11a) of the neck portion (11) abuts a first seal portion (24) of a closing portion (21) of the cap (20) so that the container body (10) storing the antiseptic is sealed.  The closing portion (21) of the cap (20) is provided with a small hole (25) at the outside of the first seal portion (24).  When the cap (20) is loosened to release the sealed condition of the first seal portion (24), the antiseptic within the container body (10) can be supplied through the small hole (25).
