Abstract:
The present invention uses a control device (20) to estimate the flow rate (Q) and available head (H) of a fluid machine (W) on the basis of characteristics that can be detected in relation to an electrical rotating machine (G) and that correlate the flow rate (Q) and available head (H) of the fluid machine (W). The control device (20) estimates the total flow rate (QT) of a piping system (1) on the basis of the estimated values and of a flow resistance characteristic line (S), and performs cooperative control of the fluid machine (W) and of a flow rate adjustment valve (6) such that the estimated value for total flow rate (QT) approaches a target flow rate (QT*) for the total flow rate (QT) of the piping system (1).
