Abstract:
A fluorescence excitation light source device and system, and a fluorescence microscopy imaging system. The fluorescence excitation light source device comprises: an adjustable fixed bracket (100), and a monochromatic LED module (200), a light-focusing module (300), and a band-pass filter (400) that are fastened in the adjustable fixed bracket (100). The light-focusing module (300) is disposed between the monochromatic LED module (200) and the band-pass filter (400). Alternatively, the band-pass filter (400) is disposed between the monochromatic LED module (200) and the light-focusing module (300). The adjustable fixed bracket (100) is capable of adjusting the distance between the monochromatic LED module (200) and the light-focusing module (300). The fluorescence excitation light source device has the advantages that the responding time is short, the energy consumption is low, the cost is low, the service life is long, the size is small, the emitted light brightness is high, a long-term living cell experiment is facilitated, the simplicity of emitted fluorescence excitation light sources is high, and the like.
