Abstract:
A fluorescent light body substrate comprises a substrate, fluorescent light body layers, and planarization films. The fluorescent light body layers are disposed upon the substrate, and further comprise excited light entry surfaces wherein excited light enters. Fluorescent light is emitted by the excited light which has entered into the excited light entry surfaces on the side opposite the substrate. The planarization films are disposed upon the excited light entry surfaces. The excited light entry surfaces have uneven shapes.
