Title:
FLUORESCENT MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/120954
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a daylight fluorescent material which not only has excellent fluorescent characteristics (intensity of fluorescence and long-term stability of the fluorescence intensity) attaining high whiteness but is excellent in heat resistance, chemical stability, and film-forming properties. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The fluorescent material comprises a polyimide comprising repeating units represented by the following general formula (1), a polyimide consisting of these repeating units having a fluorescence peak at 380-500 nm, and repeating units represented by the following general formula (2), a polyimide consisting of these repeating units having a fluorescence peak at 600-720 nm.
