Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent probe that can be used in an enzymatic activity detection method. The present invention provides a fluorescent probe for detecting a hydrolase, the probe including: a compound represented by general formula (II) and having at least one water-soluble substituent selected from the group consisting of -CO2H, -PO3H2 and -SO3H; or a salt thereof. The fluorescent probe according to the present invention can be used in an enzyme activity detection method using a microdevice.
