Abstract:
This fluorinated compound is represented by formula (1). R1, R2, R3 and R4 each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms. R11 represents -CH2-O-C(CF3)rH3-r (wherein r represents an integer of 1 to 3) or -O-CH2-C[CH2-O-C(CF3)sH3-s]p(CH3)3-p (wherein s and p each independently represent an integer of 1 to 3). R12 represents -CH2-O-C(CF3)tH3-t (wherein t represents an integer of 0 to 3) or -CH3. R13 represents -CH2-O(CH2CH2O)nY (wherein Y represents -CH3 or -H; and n represents an integer of 6 to 45). X represents -(CH2)m-O-CH2- (wherein m represents an integer of 1 to 12) or -CH2-.
