Abstract:
A flywheel assembly to which torque from a crankshaft (91) is transmitted has a second flywheel (3), a damper mechanism (4), and a friction producing section (72). The second flywheel (3) has a clutch friction surface (3a). The damper mechanism (4) elastically connects the second flywheel (3) to the crankshaft (91). The friction producing section (72) has two axially arranged, relatively rotatable members (friction member (61), friction engagement member (62)), and when a clutch releasing load acting toward the crankshaft (91) side is applied to the second flywheel (3), the friction producing section (72) causes the two members (friction member (61), friction engagement member (62)) to be axially urged to each other to produce friction.
