Abstract:
Disclosed are a foaming mold apparatus and a physical foaming process using same. The foaming mold apparatus comprises a porous core mold and a base mold. A cavity for receiving a resin therein is positioned inside the porous core mold, and at least the portion of the porous core mold surrounding the cavity is formed from a porous material, thereby providing micro gas passages communicating with the cavity, by means of inner pores. The base mold is provided so as to surround the porous core mold and operates so as to close or open the cavity. A gas injection channel for supplying gas to the porous core mold is positioned inside the base mold.
