Abstract:
In the present invention, in a state in which a heating part and a temperature measurement part are arranged on a wiring board part, a measurement wiring part is arranged in the vicinity of the heating part, or the temperature measurement part is arranged in the vicinity of a heating wiring part. A suppressing part is arranged in either a first heat transfer path from the heating part to the measurement wiring part, or a second heat transfer path from the heating wiring part to the temperature measurement part. The suppressing part suppresses heat transfer from the heating part to the measurement wiring part in the first heat transfer path, or suppresses heat transfer from the heating wiring part to the temperature measurement part in the second heat transfer path.
