Abstract:
A food grinder for producing raw materials that can be used in the manufacture of seaweed-type vegetable sheets, according to one embodiment, comprises: a housing including a flow space; a hopper which is disposed on the housing and which feeds food into the flow space; a forced transfer screw disposed at the lower part of the hopper in the flow space; a first perforated plate which is disposed at the rear of the forced transfer screw and which has a first rotary blade disposed at one surface thereof; a second perforated plate which is disposed at the rear of the first perforated plate and which has a second rotary blade disposed at one surface thereof; and a motor for rotating the first rotary blade and the second rotary blade, wherein the first perforated plate and the second perforated plate are coaxially arranged with respect to the motor.
