Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a food preparation apparatus with which a plurality of food constituent materials can be prepared as if cooked by consumers, enabling food to be prepared in line with the preferences or tastes of consumers; and with which the flavor of a food can be adjusted or controlled with good accuracy without depending on rules of thumb. [Solution] A food preparation apparatus (10) is capable of forming a food by preparing a plurality of types of food constituent materials comprising ingredients or seasonings constituting the food. The food preparation apparatus (10) is provided with material discharge pumps (40), which are provided for each food constituent material; a preparation ratio setting means (120) with which a preparation ratio for the food constituent materials can be set; and a discharge quantity control means (130) for controlling the discharge quantities of the food constituent materials in each material discharge pump (40) in accordance with the preparation ratio set by the preparation ratio setting means (120).
