Abstract:
The invention relates to a footwear production method using a last, an insole, an upper and a sole and comprising the following steps consisting in:a) preparing the unworked upper and sole;b) preparing the last and the insole, said insole being the exact reverse of the sole of the last, both surfaces being defined at each point (n) by the spatial co-ordinates (Xn,Yn,Zn) of a continuous function;c) mounting the upper on the last/insole assembly, forming a block in which the upper is fitted to the last/insole assembly like a glove;and d) mounting the aforementioned block on the sole by means of gluing or injection. The contour of the insole of the resulting footwear item is set in from the contour of the sole which, in a single-block embodiment, takes the form of a single part, but in another embodiment comprises an outer sole and padding.
