Abstract:
In the present invention, an elastic body is fixed to a main body and a movable body and is deformable according to the operation of the movable body. A strain sensor is provided to the elastic body and has a strain body. The movable body includes an opening portion 13a. A stopper member 31 is provided inside the opening portion and has a first contact portion CP1 and a second contact portion CP2 for which the distances from the opening portion are mutually different. The first contact portion is located in a direction in which the operable range of the strain body is large, and the second contact portion is located in a direction in which the operable range of the strain body is small.
