Abstract:
This forceps treatment tool comprises an end effector provided with a first clamp portion and a second clamp portion that can change the position thereof relative to the first clamp portion. The end effector operates in a position between a farthest position in which the second clamp portion is positioned farthest from the first clamp portion and a closest position in which the second clamp portion is positioned closest to the first clamp. The forceps treatment tool, by restricting the movement of the end effector to the farthest position, holds the end effector during a change of positions from the farthest position to the closest position.
