Abstract:
The present invention contains, in terms of mass%, 0.30-0.45% C, 0.05-0.35% Si, 0.50-0.90% Mn, no more than 0.030% P, 0.040-0.070% S, 0.01-0.50% Cr, 0.001-0.050% Al, 0.25-0.35% V, 0-0.0100% Ca, and no more than 0.0150% N, the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities, and satisfies formulas 1-3. The present invention has a ferrite/pearlite structure in which the area ratio of ferrite is 30% or greater, and has a Vickers hardness of 320-380 HV, a 0.2% yield strength of 800 MPa or greater, and a Charpy impact value by V-notch test of 15-25 J/cm2, the fracture surface unevenness (surface area/cross-sectional area) of the Charpy test piece after breakage being 1.47-1.60.
