Abstract:
Disclosed is a framed soap composition which contains the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) 30-60% by weight fatty acids having 12-18 carbon atoms or salts thereof, said fatty acids or salts including unsaturated fatty acids in an amount of 8-14% by weight of all of the fatty acids; (B) 10-30% by weight of a polyol; (C) 2-6% by weight of an inorganic salt; and (D) the balance made up of water. The framed soap composition provides a framed soap that contains air bubbles inside and has a surface area of 400-10,000 cm2 per cubic centimeter and a specific gravity of 0.75-0.88.
