Abstract:
A free axis activity training apparatus, a neck training device, and a waist training device. The free axis activity training apparatus comprises: a fixed column (1); a horizontal frame mechanism (2), rotatably and fixedly connected to the fixed column (1); a vertical frame mechanism (3), rotatably and fixedly connected to one end of the horizontal frame mechanism (2); a bidirectional rotary traction mechanism (33), provided on the end of the vertical frame mechanism (3) distant from the horizontal frame mechanism (2); and a suspension mechanism (4), connected to the bidirectional rotary traction mechanism (33) in a suspension mode to provide a traction force for the bidirectional rotary traction mechanism.
