A frequency-adjustable non-reciprocal transmission system based on a PT symmetry principle and a detection method therefor. The system comprises: an inductor (13)-capacitor (11)-positive resistor (12) parallel loss resonance module (1), an adjustable coupling module (3), and an inductor (23)-capacitor (21)-negative resistor (22) parallel gain resonance module (2), wherein the loss resonance module (1) and the gain resonance module (2) are connected by means of the adjustable coupling module (3) to form a PT symmetric system; and the signal transmission from the loss resonance module (1) to the gain resonance module (2) is forward transmission, and the signal transmission in the opposite direction is reverse transmission. A coupling coefficient between the loss resonance module (1) and the gain resonance module (2) is changed by changing the adjustable coupling module (3), so that the transmission frequency of the system is changed. The amplitude of a transmission signal is adjusted, the difference between a forward transmission coefficient and a reverse transmission coefficient is realized by using the saturation property of the negative resistor in the gain resonance module (2), and non-reciprocal transmission is realized. The system has the advantages of high non-reciprocal ratio, low insertion loss, and the like.
