Abstract:
A helicopter sliding cabin door (100), which relates to the field of aviation machinery. The helicopter sliding cabin door comprises: a cabin door (10); an upper sliding rail (20) and a lower sliding rail (30), on which the cabin door (10) slides; a door frame (40), which is in open-close fit with the cabin door (10); and a locking mechanism (50) for locking and unlocking between the cabin door (10) and the door frame (40). The locking mechanism (50) comprises an upper lock box assembly (51), a lower lock box assembly (52), a connecting rod assembly (53), an upper lock seat assembly (54), a lower lock seat assembly (55), a hook assembly (56) and a hook limiting assembly (57). Lock points are formed between the upper lock box assembly (51) and the upper lock seat assembly (54) and between the lower lock box assembly (52) and the lower lock seat assembly (55) by means of fitting of lock hooks and lock cylinders. The two lock points ensure the stability of the locking of the cabin door (10), and the lock hooks require relatively little force to operate and are convenient to operate. The connecting rod assembly, which is for rigid connection, is used between the upper lock box assembly (51) and the lower lock box assembly (52) to achieve transmission without motion stroke deviation, thereby achieving quick and reliable synchronous movement thereof. The hook assembly (56) cooperates with the hook limiting assembly (57) to limit the forward sliding of the cabin door (10), so that the cabin door (10) can be maintained in an open state.
