Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a frequency mixer, comprising: a transconductance circuit, which is connected to an input signal end, and is configured to generate a differential signal according to an input signal of the input signal end, and output the differential signal at a first output end and a second output end thereof; a switch circuit, which is connected to a local oscillator signal end, and the first output end and the second output end of the transconductance circuit, and is configured to perform frequency mixing on a local oscillator signal of the local oscillator signal end and the differential signal to generate a frequency mixed signal, and output the frequency mixed signal at the first output end and the second output end thereof; a load circuit, which is connected to an output signal end, and is configured to provide a load; and an amplification circuit, which is connected between the switch circuit and the load circuit, and is configured to amplify the frequency mixed signal. Further provided in the present disclosure is a transceiver.
