Abstract:
A friction generator and a manufacturing method therefor. The friction generator comprises a power generation unit (1) and a flexible coating layer (2). The power generation unit comprises a first electrode layer (11), a friction layer (12) and a second electrode layer (13). The first electrode layer (11), the friction layer (12) and the second electrode layer (13) are made of a stretchable material, and an air layer (3) is provided between the friction layer (12) and the second electrode layer (13). The flexible coating layer (2) is made of a stretchable material, and the flexible coating layer (2) coats the outside of the power generation unit (1) so as to seal the power generation unit (1). The friction generator can be deformed, e.g. arbitrarily distorted and stretched. The stress mode of the friction generator is also diverse, the energy from various forms of motion can be used, and the applicability thereof is relatively good. Moreover, the outside of the power generation unit (1) is coated with the flexible coating layer (2) made of a stretchable material, so that the whole power generation unit (1) is sealed and the waterproof property thereof is relatively good.
