Abstract:
[Problem] To provide front-hanging clip parts for eyeglasses, whereby eyeglasses of substantially all frame sizes and lens shapes can be adapted to merely by preparing several types of variations having different bridge lengths, and whereby no inconvenience occurs during use. [Solution] Front-hanging clip parts for eyeglasses, provided with upper and lower hook parts for attaching to a front frame or main lenses of eyeglasses, wherein a highly rigid bridge having a predetermined length is used in a portion for linking left and right rims, the rims as such are endowed with flexibility enabling elastic deformation along curved edges of auxiliary lenses, ductility enabling plastic deformation along angled edges of the auxiliary lenses by manual bending, and rigidity in response to tensile loads in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of projections sized so as to be insertable into T-grooves of the auxiliary lenses and placed at the necessary spacing apart are furthermore provided in rows on lens installation surfaces of the rims and positioned symmetrically on the left and right rims.
