Abstract:
A front-load washing machine, comprising a housing (1) provided with a laundry putting opening (13) and an inner drum (3) provided in the housing. A door (14) for opening and closing the laundry putting opening is provided on the housing; a first air channel (121) is provided on the door; a second air channel (122) is provided in the housing; a housing ventilation port (151) is provided on the housing; the first air channel, the housing ventilation port, and the second air channel can form a drying air channel (12) for drying the interior of the inner drum. The design of the drying air channel can reduce the space, between the front side of the inner drum and the housing, occupied by the air channel, thereby increasing the capacity of the inner drum. The front-load washing machine further comprises an outer drum (2); the outer drum comprises a drain area (21) provided with a drain port (212) and a non-drain area provided an opening (24); a blocking structure (4) for preventing water in the drain area from flowing into the non-drain area is provided between the outer drum and the inner drum. Water is prevented from flowing into the non-drain area from the drain area, thereby avoiding contamination caused by leakage of washing wastewater.
