A pipe beam support assembly, comprising a first support (1) and a second support (2), wherein the first support (1) and the second support (2) are distributed at an interval in the width direction of an instrument panel upper cover plate (5), and an accommodating cavity for accommodating a safety airbag (7) and/or an air pipe (8) is formed between the first support (1) and the second support (2). A first end of the first support (1) and a first end of the second support (2) are connected to a vehicle frame, a second end of the first support (1) and a second end of the second support (2) are respectively provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole for being connected to an instrument panel body framework (4), and the axial direction of at least one of the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole forms an angle with the orientation of the mounting hole. By means of the pipe beam support assembly, the instrument panel body framework (4) can be fastened on the vehicle frame, such that a display screen (6) mounted on the instrument panel body framework (4) is good in terms of the mode and performance.
