Abstract:
Provided are a front plate laminate with which it is possible to efficiently manufacture a display device constructed of a front plate and a rear plate that are pasted together with conductive double-sided tape, a display device in which same is used, and a method for manufacturing said laminate and said device. The front plate laminate is characterized in having a first area and a second area adjacent to the first area; a common electrode, a display layer, an adhesive layer and an easily separable second substrate being laminated in the first area in the order stated on one surface of a first substrate; a common electrode and an electroconductive double-sided tape being laminated in the second area in the order stated on one surface of the first substrate; and the second area being an area that includes a portion of the circumferential edge, the edges of the electroconductive double-sided tape, first substrate, and common electrode lying on the same line in plan view in the area that includes the portion of the circumferential edge.
