Abstract:
An FRP cabin (11) for an automobile, comprising: an upside-down U-shaped roll bar (17) erected on left and right rear side frames (23); and left and right stays (18) extending at a downward incline from the top part of the roll bar (17) and connected at the respective lower ends to the rear side frames (23) via metal support members (67). Dampers (73) of a rear suspension device are supported on the support members (67), the support members (67) can therefore be used to firmly support both the stays (18) of the roll bar (17) and the dampers (73) of the rear suspension device, and the vehicle body can be made lighter in weight compared to cases in which these members are individually supported on the rear side frames (23).
