Abstract:
This fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell; an oxidizing gas supply line for transmitting an oxidizing gas to the fuel cell; a compressor provided to the oxidizing gas supply line and configured to compress the oxidizing gas; a heating/cooling medium supply line for supplying, to the fuel cell, a heating/cooling medium for cooling the fuel cell; a heating/cooling medium pump provided to the heating/cooling medium supply line and configured to increase the pressure of the heating/cooling medium; and an oxidizing gas cooler configured to perform heat exchange between the heating/cooling medium flowing through the heating/cooling medium supply line and oxidizing gas that has been compressed by the compressor and is flowing through the oxidizing gas supply line on the downstream side of the compressor.
