Abstract:
A fuel component analysis and calorific value measurement system for IGCC power generation. The system comprises a first sampling device, a second sampling device, a first mass flow meter, a second mass flow meter, a constant-temperature condensation device, a first measurement device and a second measurement device. Components of a fuel are effectively measured by taking an infrared instrument as a main instrument and a chromatographic instrument as a standby instrument; syngas sampling is divided into two paths of sampling, and two groups of measurement instruments are arranged for each path; multiple channels are introduced to calculate a calorific value, such that the reliability of calorific value control is improved; moreover, by means of calorific value comparison, the problems of measurement and process faults can be effectively found, thereby ensuring that a calculated value is effectively output in the state where an instrument fails, the accuracy of calorific value calculation is improved, the components of the fuel are accurately analyzed, the calorific value of the fuel is accurately calculated, the stability of a calorific value adjustment system is guaranteed, and the stable operation of combustion of a gas turbine is also ensured; and the instruments are located in multiple azimuths, are diversified and are safe in multiple aspects, and the comparison of an actual measured calorific value and the calculated calorific value is introduced, such that a calorific value change can be effectively monitored, and a device state is also monitored.
