Abstract:
The present invention shall disclose a hyper-technical fuel injector for very small to very large engines. The hyper-technical fuel injector comprises of any conventional fuel injector characterised in engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of the fuel injector thereby maintaining controlled frequency and uniform temperature to make the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

Claims:
WE CLAIM,

1. An hyper-technical fuel injector for very small to very large engines comprises of any conventional fuel injector characterised in engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of the said fuel injector thereby maintaining controlled frequency and uniform temperature to make the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

2. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said grooves dimensions, number and thickness depends on the walls of the injector and injector boss in cylinder head thereby acting as cooling grooves, vibration reducing grooves and temperature consistency grooves.

3. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim 1 shall be suitable for any injector boss with or without grooves in cylinder head.

4. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim 1 can be used for all fuels in the said very small to very large engines.

5. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said conventional fuel injector ranges from old mechanical fuel injector to latest electronic fuel injector.

6. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim lexerts increase in fuel mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

7. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim lexerts increase in tyre mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

8. The hyper-technical fuel injector as claimed in claim lexerts reduced in emission of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

TITLE :

A FUEL INJECTOR WITH PLURALITY OF GROOVES ON OUTER SURFACE

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention relates to the field of fuel injectors. More particularly the present invention relates to a hyper-technical fuel injector which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

Fuel injectors are used to introduce pressurized fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine.

Fuel injectors are the components that are responsible for the final stage of fuel delivery in fuel injection systems. High pressure fuel is delivered to the injector, which is activated by an engine control unit or fuel injector control module. When activated, the injector momentarily opens a valve that allows a precise amount of fuel to spray out.

There are a different kinds of fuel injectors, and while they all perform the same function (spraying a precise amount of fuel when activated), they don’t all have the same components or design. The three main types of fuel injectors are:

• built into a throttle body (single point injection)

• centrally located (central port injection)

• located at each cylinder (multiport injection, direct injection)

There are many different types of fuel injectors are much more complex than those three generalized categories, and there are a number of subtypes of each.

However all available fuel injectors lacks efficiency interms of fuel and tyre mileage and emission. Thus there exists a need in the state of art to develop a hyper-technical fuel injector which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:

The main object of the present invention is to develop a hyper-technical fuel injector which makes the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

Another object of the present invention is to fabricate the hyper-technical fuel injector by engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut, of the any conventional fuel injector.

Yet another object of the present invention is to use conventional fuel injector ranging from old mechanical fuel injector to latest electronic fuel injector.

Further object of the present invention is to employ the fabricated hyper- technical fuel injector in very small to very large engines.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:

Figure 1 depicts the hyper- technical fuel injector of the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention shall disclose a hyper-technical fuel injector for very small to very large engines. The hyper-technical fuel injector comprises of any conventional fuel injector characterised in engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of the fuel injector thereby maintaining controlled frequency and uniform temperature to make the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention shall disclose a hyper-technical fuel injector for very small to very large engines.

The hyper-technical fuel injector of the present invention is fabricated by engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of any conventional fuel injector. The conventional fuel injector shall be ranges from old mechanical fuel injector to latest electronic fuel injector.

The fabricated hyper-technical fuel injector was next subjected to engine to study the efficiency parameters in terms of fuel and tyre mileage and pollutant emission. The same study was also performed to compare the efficiency of the hyper-technical fuel injector of the present invention.

From Table 1 it is inferred that hyper-technical fuel injector of the present invention exerts 20% enhanced efficiency in terms of fuel and tyre mileage and 20% reduction in emission of pollutants.

The increase in fuel mileage is due to presence of plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of any conventional fuel injector because of which proper mixture strength of air and fuel will occur and increases the mileage.

The increase in tyre mileage is due to presence of plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of any conventional fuel injector. The grooves reduces the mass moment of inertia thereby reduces noise, vibration and harshness in the engine which intern prevent the shock wave vibration transmission to the under chassis component and to the tyre. So less wear and tear occur in the under chassis components and hence tyre mileage increases. The reduction in emission of pollutants is due to presence of plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of any conventional fuel injector. The grooves maintain uniform temperature throughout the engine and hence reduce pollution emission.

In one of the preferred embodiment the present invention shall disclose a hyper- technical fuel injector for very small to very large engines. The hyper-technical fuel injector comprises of any conventional fuel injector characterised in engraving plurality of grooves on the smooth outer surface leaving capnut of the fuel injector thereby maintaining controlled frequency and uniform temperature to make the engine efficient in terms of increased fuel and tyre mileage and reduced emission.

As per the invention in the hyper-technical fuel injector, the grooves dimensions, number and thickness depends on the walls of the injector and injector boss in cylinder head thereby acting as cooling grooves, vibration reducing grooves and temperature consistency grooves.

In accordance with the invention the hyper-technical fuel injector shall be suitable for any injector boss with or without grooves in cylinder head.

According to the invention the hyper-technical fuel injector can be used for all fuels in the very small to very large engines.

As per the invention in the hyper-technical fuel injector, the conventional fuel injector shall be ranges from old mechanical fuel injector to latest electronic fuel injector.

In accordance with the invention the hyper-technical fuel injector exerts increase in fuel mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

According to the invention, the hyper-technical fuel injector exerts increase in tyre mileage of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

As per the invention, the hyper-technical fuel injector exerts reduced in emission of atleast 20% compared to existing injectors.

Certain modifications and improvements will occur to those skilled in the art upon a reading of the foregoing description. The above-mentioned details are provided to serve the purpose of clarifying aspects of the invention and it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that they do not serve to limit the scope of the invention. All modifications and improvements have been deleted herein for the sake of conciseness and readability but are properly within the scope of the present invention. It is understood that the foregoing detailed description is given merely by way of illustration and that modification and variations may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
