Title:
FUEL REFORMING CATALYST
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/118750
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel fuel reforming catalyst capable of effectively lowering the concentration of C2 or higher hydrocarbons in a gas produced in a steam reforming reaction. The present invention proposes a fuel reforming catalyst which contains catalyst particles including a porous inorganic carrier, a catalytically active species, CeO2 and ZrO2, wherein the fuel reforming catalyst is characterized in that the concentration of ZrO2 in catalyst particles is higher near the surface of the particles than in the inner part of the particles and the concentration of CeO2 in the catalyst particles is approximately equal in the inner part of the particles and near the surface of the particles.
