An operation method for a fulfillment packing service provision device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a registration step for registering product information received from a seller terminal; a management step for extracting and storing loading variable information for a product included in the product information; an input step for inputting purchase information received from a buyer terminal; an analysis step for analyzing, on the basis of the purchase information, a 3D shape packing method of a purchased product, which uses the product information or the loading variable information, and recommending shipping packing information through the analysis; and a processing step for processing shipping by providing the purchase information and the shipping packing information to a warehouse center terminal.
