Abstract:
A full-band high-sound-quality thin speaker having a sound beam and sound tunnels, comprising a voice coil and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is dish-shaped, and has the outer edge thereof bonded to an outer frame of the speaker and the inner edge thereof bonded to the upper end of the voice coil; a bridge sound beam is mounted on at least one side surface of the diaphragm, and the bridge sound beam is annular and located on the outer side of the upper end of the voice coil; at least two grooves are formed on the surface of the diaphragm, the grooves are arranged in a radial arrangement, and the surface of the diaphragm on the outer side of the bridge sound beam is divided into a plurality of resonance regions; the grooves traverse the bridge sound beam and is perpendicular to the bridge sound beam in the length direction of the grooves; the grooves are recessed on the surface of the diaphragm to form sound tunnels. In the present invention, the diaphragm is changed from a conventional free vibration mode to a current regular vibration mode; the problem that the treble on a speaker is not high enough and the bass is not deep and smooth enough is solved from the perspective of vibration, resonance, and sound production; the practice proves that the improved design solution has prominent substantive features and represents a notable technical progress, and achieves an obvious technical effect.
