Abstract:
A fully automatic filling device for fruit juice glass bottles and a working method thereof, the fully automatic filling device for fruit juice glass bottles comprising a workstation (1), a first transportation apparatus (3) and a capping apparatus (10) fixedly connected to the workstation, a connection assembly (5) connected to the first transportation apparatus, a second transportation apparatus (7) connected to the connection assembly, and a rotating disc (9), a filling device (2), and a discharging apparatus (11) arranged on the workstation; also comprising a limiting mechanism and an adjustment mechanism, the limiting mechanism comprising a set of fixed plates (407) mounted symmetrically on both sides of the first transportation apparatus and limiting assemblies (4) arranged on the fixed plates, and the adjustment mechanism comprising a displacement device (601) fixedly connected to a connection rack (501) and a position adjustment assembly (6) positioned on the displacement device. The mutual cooperation of the limiting assembly and the position adjustment assembly enables glass bottles to be positioned in a designated position, preventing collision of the glass bottles with the rotating disc.
