Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a polishing apparatus for the inner wall of a pipe and a working method of the polishing apparatus. The polishing apparatus for the inner wall of a pipe comprises: a workbench; a support frame fixedly connected to the workbench; a group of driving apparatuses symmetrically mounted on the support frame; conveying devices and limiting devices provided on the driving apparatuses; a gripping mechanism, comprising a group of transport portions symmetrically mounted on connection frames, clamping plates provided on output ends of the transport portions, and clamping assemblies provided on the clamping plates; and a support mechanism, comprising a group of driving devices symmetrically mounted on the workbench, and support assemblies provided on the driving devices. Limiting the position of a pipe is completed by means of coordination among support blocks, clamping apparatuses, and the limiting devices, so that deformation of the pipe can be prevented; furthermore, when the polishing apparatus performs polishing work, no included angle is formed between the polishing apparatus and the pipe, thereby ensuring that the polishing work is performed smoothly.
