Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic terminal crimping device facilitating cable positioning. The device comprises an upper pressing die crimping mechanism (1), cable positioning mechanisms (3), an ejection mechanism (4), a terminal pushing sliding block mechanism (5), and a terminal clamping mechanism (2), wherein the terminal pushing sliding block mechanism (5) is arranged directly under the upper pressing die crimping mechanism (1), a lower pressing die base (44) is arranged on the terminal pushing sliding block mechanism (5), the terminal clamping mechanism (2) and the ejection mechanism (4) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower pressing die base (44), and the front end and the rear end of the lower pressing die base (44) are each provided with a cable positioning mechanism (3). In the terminal crimping device, the crimping function is completed through the mutual cooperation and orderly coordination of operations of multiple mechanisms, thereby improving the crimping efficiency and the degree of automation; the effect of accurate cable positioning is completed by means of clamping claw assemblies in the cable positioning mechanisms (3); and the terminal crimping quality is improved by using the terminal clamping mechanism (2). The present invention is simple in terms of structure and easy to use, has a long service life, is safe and reliable, and is applicable to large, medium and small cable production enterprises and also applicable to the terminal crimping of various cable products.
