Disclosed are a functional soap and a skin care product which have excellent antibiotic effect, effectiveness, and safety. The functional soap or the skin care product according to the present invention comprise an alkaline solution added into a soap base raw material or a skin care product base raw material, wherein the alkaline solution includes mineral components consisting of proper amounts of potassium, sodium, silicon, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron, zinc, titanium, barium, manganese, strontium, phosphor, chromium, zirconium, lithium, and nickel.
