Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a fused ring compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Provided in the present invention are a fused ring compound as represented by formula I, a tautomer thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate thereof, and a solvate of the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The fused ring compound as represented by formula I of the present invention has a good inhibitory activity on SOS1, and is expected to treat and/or prevent diseases related to SOS1 activity or expression quantity; (I).
