Abstract:

The present invention relates to an amorphous peptide tag with main amino acids composed of charged and hydrophobic amino acids, a fusion protein in which the tag is fused with a target protein, and a method for purifying the target protein using same. Since the peptide tag can induce the formation of self-assemblies when fused with the target protein, the method for purifying the target protein utilizing same allows for the separation and purification of the target protein only using very simple methods such as centrifugation or filtration.
