Abstract:
Provided are a game system, a game method, a game program, and an information processing device, each of which uses sleep information of a user to be able to encourage the user to play a game without interfering with sleep onset of the user. A game system 1 comprises: a sleep information acquisition unit 204 that acquires sleep information of a user; an item giving unit 206 that gives to the user a restricted item, which is in a game and the use of which is restricted until a prescribed acquisition condition is met; a parameter generation unit 208 that generates a sleep parameter on the basis of the sleep information and associates the sleep parameter with the user; and a benefit giving unit 210 that, when the sleep parameter meets the acquisition condition, gives to the user an in-game benefit corresponding to the restricted item.
