Abstract:
Provided is a gaming machine making it possible to continue game progress while maintaining a sense of anticipation in a game where prizes are selectively granted to players. The invention is provided with: a display for displaying a video reel having a plurality of symbols including predetermined symbols, and a display panel comprising at least one first region and at least one second region that is different from the first region; and a controller for executing a bonus game that is more advantageous than a base game and that includes a slot game and a selection game for selecting either the first region or the second region, the predetermined symbols being rearranged after scrolling of the video reel in the slot game, the display panel being displayed with the ratio of the first region and the second region being modified in accordance with the number of the predetermined symbols that have been re-arranged every time the predetermined symbols are re-arranged in the slot game, the selection game being executed after conclusion of the slot game, and the bonus game being executed again when the first region has been selected.
