Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a light-projecting unit (11), a light-receiving unit (12), a deflection means (14) for deflecting measurement orientation so as to move a measurement point, and a control means (20). The control means sets alternating periods, one in which the measurement point is moved by the deflection means and one in which the measurement point is stationary, and intermittently carries out said movement, and also sets periods during the stationary periods in which the light-receiving part detects measurement light in order to detect gas, so as to repeatedly execute said detection and said movement to obtain two-dimensional gas distribution information (FIG. 6A). The control means continuously executes movement of the measurement point by the deflection means, and also sets periods in which the light-receiving part detects measurement light in order to detect gas while the measurement point is being moved by the deflection means so as to obtain two-dimensional gas distribution information (FIG. 6B).
