Abstract:
Disclosed is a gas laser oscillator apparatus which is provided with a temperature detection mechanism at the bearings of a fan, detects heat generated at the bearings, and can calculate the inspection cycle based on the relationship between a preset temperature and the service life of the bearings. To achieve this, a temperature detection mechanism is provided at the bearings, and replacement period related information such as the replacement cycle is transmitted based on the temperature of the bearings. Preferably, the temperature detection mechanism is provided with sensor units at the tips of springs held down by pressure less than or equal to the pressure of the bearings, insulating material is wound around the spring bodies, the temperature of the outer circumference is blocked off, and the temperature of the bearings is detected.
